Contracting Terms
In order to hire and draw up an estimate concerning our Interpretation Services, our Clients MUST provide
Lekton Gramma, as soon as possible, with the following information:| Ø Client Data (full name or company name, mail address,
telephone number, e-mail address…) Ø Type of Service required: Simultaneous or Consecutive Interpretation Ø Working languages Ø Date, place and working time-schedule Ø Supporting documentation (papers, summaries, participants, objectives…) Ø Booth and equipment availability (for Simultaneous Interpretation Services only) |
Were the event to take place out of Madrid city limits, Travel and accomodation expenses related to the Service shall be paid in advance by the Client.
Service quality is directly related to the degree of cooperation and the amount and quality of the infomation provided by our Clients.
