Contracting Schemes
Tailored to meet our Client’s needs,
Lekton Gramma offers them three alternative modes to hire our Translation Services that account for three different operational systems. The main differing features concerning such Contracting Schemes apply to rates and settlement terms:Ø SINGLE CONTRACT
In the event our Client chooses to hire our Services on a "one-by-one" basis
Ø FRAMEWORK TRANSLATION CONTRACT "FTC"
In the event our Client’s
concerns imply a long-lasting and regular professional relationship.
Ø COMPREHENSIVE CLIENT ACCOUNT CONTRACT "CACC"
In the event our Client is
subject to a sustained influx of translation-bound documents and would wish to operate on
a monthly "word quota" basis.
Whatever the case, in order to draw up a detailed translation estimate, Clients are kindly requested to provide
Lekton Gramma with the following information:| Ø Client Data (full name or company name, mail address,
telephone number, e-mail address…) Ø Type of Service required: simple or certified translation Ø Source and target languages Ø Approximate number of words in source language and projected deadline for execution Ø Support Information (related documents, objectives, target group…) |
