The following are the current language pairs available to Lekton Gramma’s Clients for Language Consultancy Services in its specific fields of expertise:

    Objective

With this brand-new Service, Lekton Gramma aims to offer Translation Services users concerned that a faulty translation may have caused them serious legal or economic damages and determined to exercise their right of action at any possible level, the opportunity to obtain an in-depth EXPERT SURVEY analyzing and assessing, by applying professional criteria, whether any translation which they may wish to submit to our consideration is VALID or VOID from a formal and/or material point of view.

        1^st PHASE.- SUBMISSION, EXAMINATION AND GENERAL ASSESSMENT OF THE TRANSLATION (FREE OF CHARGE)

The interested party shall provide Lekton Gramma with an unammended copy (in hard copy and/or electronic format) of both, the original document and its translation, specifying (in the cover letter) the alleged mistakes and its personal data.
Lekton Gramma pledges to deliver, free of charge and in a short lapse of time, an UNMOTIVATED EXPERT OPINION as to the formal and material validity of such translation work.

        2^nd PHASE.- IN-DEPTH EXPERT SURVEY ON THE QUALITY OF THE TRANSLATED VERSION

In the event the opinion delivered on the previous Phase should not uphold the professional status of the translation work under scrutiny, and the interested party should, for any given purpose, require the production of an analytical report and a detailed assessment of its formal and material quality, Lekton Gramma shall undertake its development and deliver an EXPERT SURVEY under the hand and seal of RAÚL GARCÍA PÉREZ, acting as Certified Translator in English and French (Intérprete Jurado) .

The estimate of costs for such an EXPERT SURVEY shall be fixed on a time basis according to the length and nature of the document sections earmarked by the client for examination.
